2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to purchase our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
• Your plan is activated within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation
• Store delivery is completed within 48 hours of activation

4. Delivery & Setup

We guarantee delivery of your fully configured affiliate store within 48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive login credentials, a setup walkthrough, and access to training materials upon delivery. Any delays beyond 48 hours due to our fault will entitle you to compensation as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and business information during purchase
• Use the affiliate store in compliance with all applicable laws and affiliate program terms
• Not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or unethical marketing practices
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised persons
• Renew domain and hosting at the end of the included 1-year period (₹2,999/year)

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the store template, training materials, and resources provided. Prebuiltly retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, and training content. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence our templates or training to third parties.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Income projections shown on our website are illustrative examples based on active client results. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, audience size, niche selection, and market conditions. Prebuiltly is not responsible for outcomes resulting from third-party affiliate program changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prebuiltly's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice. Existing customers will not be affected by plan feature reductions during their subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following conditions are met within 7 days of your payment:

• We fail to deliver your affiliate store within the 48-hour guaranteed window due to our error
• Your store is not delivered as described in the plan you purchased
• A critical technical defect exists that our team is unable to resolve within 72 hours of your report
• You did not receive access credentials or training materials after confirmed payment

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Your store was delivered as promised but you changed your mind or no longer want the service
• You failed to promote your store or did not achieve the earnings you expected
• Issues arising from your own actions — e.g., accidentally deleting files, providing wrong domain info
• Requests made after the 7-day window from the date of payment
• Domain registration fees (these are non-refundable costs paid to registrars)
• Annual renewal fees (₹2,999/year) once the renewal has been processed
